Information we collect

• Website visitors: we collect minimal information. This site does not use tracking cookies. If you email us, we receive your email address and message contents.
• Clients: under a signed service agreement, our monitoring agent collects security event data from systems you designate (such as login events, process activity, and network metadata). Collection scope is defined in your agreement.

How we use information

• To provide contracted security services: monitoring, alerting, analysis, and reporting.
• To respond to inquiries you send us.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Data isolation & security

Each client's data is stored in a dedicated, isolated database — never co-mingled with other clients' data. Data is transmitted exclusively over encrypted HTTPS/TLS.

Data retention & deletion

Client security data is retained for the duration of the service agreement. Upon termination, your data is deleted on request and destruction is confirmed in writing.
